Objectives of the program:

Workshop objectives:
  1. To support Head Teachers explore their contexts using the SWOT framework to build deeper understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  2. To build an understanding of the TIEE program, and its aim to support inclusive education
  3. To help Head Teachers explore the 'Circle of Influence - Circle of Concern' framework to assess scope for proactive responses to take their institution forward.
