Objectives

• Learning to use spreadsheets on mobile and desktop computers
• Using spreadsheet for planning and scheduling classroom lesson transactions
• Using spreadsheet for tracking and analysing student grades and progress
• Using Google forms for collecting, consolidating and analysing students/school related data

Session plan:

3	Using Spreadsheet for different task	1. Introduction to spreadsheet, navigating and interfaces. Cells (data element), rows (records), columns, types of data (text, numbers and its format, date and its format). 2. Entering your data in spreadsheet. 3. Providing headings (columns), formatting rows and columns, working with alignment and text wrap. 4. Sorting, filtering your entered data, 5. Using basic operations with formulas 6. Creating visual representation of data	Sample data and files	11 am to 1.30 pm
Lunch (1.30 to 2:00PM)
4	Use Google form to collect data (mobile)	1. Creating a Google form on mobile, 2. Introducing different question types, 3. Duplicating and deleting questions, 4. Rearranging questions and options, 5. Saving the form and sharing the URL, 6. Accessing form responses and exporting it, 7. Analysing responses on spreadsheet		2 pm to 3.30 pm
5	Feedback forms	Teachers are made to fill the form		3.30 to 3.45 PM
6	Resource sharing	Sharing Phet sims(Maths and Sciecne), Language Lab and learn page			Subject to availability of time
7	Way forward	Consolidation of the workshop learnings and COP		3.45 to 4:00 PM
