Focus areas for the Science District Cascade Workshops

The focus of this year's Science STF District workshops will be to:

1. Build computer literacy skills for teachers
2. Activate and strengthen the Science Lab in the schools through actual hands-on experimenting and viewing video resources of actual experiments conducted by teachers
3. Access the Karnataka Open Educational Resources and Contribute.

ಡಯಟ್ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜವಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು

1. ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದಮೊದಲದಿನ ತಂಡಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತುಂಬಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ . ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ
2. ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಐದನೇ ದಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡಯಟ್ ಹಿಮ್ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತುಂಬಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ . ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ

4. ಡಯಟ್ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಡಿ.ಎಸ್.ಇ.ಆರ್.ಟಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಸುಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
5. ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರ ನಡೆಯುವ ಐ.ಸಿ.ಟಿ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಉಬುಂಟು ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ 14.04 ಅನುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು . ಉಬುಂಟು ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟಾಲ್‌ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗೆಯನನ್ಉ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ
6. ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಗಳ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಇಂಟರ್ ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ' ತುಂಬಾ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು . ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಡಯಟ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಒಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 8 mbps ಇಂಟರ್ ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸುಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು .
7. ಸಮಪರ್ಕ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಾಗುವಂತೆ ತಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಯನ್ನು 20 ಕ್ಕೆ ಮಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ .

ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು

ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

1. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಮೇಲ್ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಹಾಗು ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನವಹಿಸುವುದು .
   1. ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಹೊಂದಿರದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲನೇ ದಿನ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿಯನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಕೈಪಿಡಿಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಬಹುದು
   2. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ತಮ್ಮ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಇಮೆಲ್ ಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಬೇಕು.
2. ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವೈಯುಕ್ತಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಸಂಗ್ರಾಹಾಲಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಡಾಕ್ಯಮೆಂಟ್ ರಚಿಸುವುದು .
3. ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವೆಬ್ ಲಿಂಕ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೇ ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಇಮೇಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು .
4. ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೊಯರ್ ಪುಟದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಕೊಯರ್ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗುವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಕೊಯರ್ ಗೆ 'ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ನರೆವು' ನೀಡುವುದು.
5. ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೊಯರ್ ನ ನೆರವು ಬಟನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೋಧನಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
6. ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ವರದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವುದು (ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ).
   1. ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನದ ವರದಿಗಳು
   2. ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ( ಗೂಗಲ್ ಪೋಟೋ ಆಲ್ಬಮ್ ಗೆ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು)
7. ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಐದನೇ ದಿನ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಿಮ್ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಾಳೆ ಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ತುಂಬಿಸಬೇಕು
8. ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಐದನೇ ದಿನ ICT ಹಿಮ್ಮಾಯಿತಿ ಹಾಳೆಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ತುಂಬಿಸಬೇಕು

During the workshop, the resource persons must transact the agenda with any changes as needed. The following activities must be completed:

1. Practising sending and receiving emails
   1. Creation of gmail IDs for all teachers without email ids.
   2. Addition of email address to the maths science forum click here. You can click here, to visit the googlegroups page to add members.
   3. They need to see it on the website of the groups Science STF group.

4. Sharing web links and other digital resources to the forum
5. Familiarization with the KOER resource website and identifying resources to be added
