Objectives
To enable the stewards to achieve basic competency in operating a Lenovo Yoga 3 tablet
To use android based applications such as Gmail, Telegram, Recorder, Web Browser, Camera, Play Store and Google Maps.

Assessment
- The stewards should be able to download an attachment shared via the telegram group,record what they understood from it and share it in the Telegram group.
- The stewards should be able to take a photo of the workshop venue and share it in the telegram group.
- The stewards should be able to locate two hospitals (one private and one government) - Nearest to G Baiyappanahalli in Google Map.
- The stewards should be able to search ‘learning English through Kannada’ and locate - Two useful resources.
- The stewards should be able to download BBMP Sahaaya app and install it.
- The stewards should be able to compose a mail introducing them in the facilitator
Home Assignments
- Visit the http://bbmp.gov.in/ and look up the procedure for obtaining birth certificate.
- Stewards will download the application form for obtaining birth certificate and share It with the facilitator.
- Download the ‘Kannada to English speaking’ application from Play store and learn - one English word a day and share the first word they learned via the telegram group
- Stewards will take a photo of the starry night and share it via the telegram group
- Stewards will record audio about their favourite movie and share the recording in the telegram Group
- Stewards will install the ‘Karnataka Jobs’ application from Play Store and share a screen shot of the app in the group ( Optional activity )
