School leadership program for BBMP HMs 2017

A program for sharing and learning about school leadership and development, with the HMs of 13 BBMP schools in Bengaluru.

The program will comprise 7 workshops (first Friday of each Month), with interactions between workshops over virtual phone communities. Readings will be assigned and presented to facilitate discussions.

ಪೀಠಿಕೆ

ಆರ್‌ ವಿ ಈ ಸಿ ಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಮೈಥಿಲಿಯವರ ಆಹ್ವಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಿಬಿಎಮ್‌ಪಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ 'ಶಾಲಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲಾ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ'ದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು 2017-18 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಂತೆ ಕೆಲವು ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುವುದು, ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಸಾಮಾಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಅವರವರ ಶಾಲಾ ಪರಿಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮೀಕರಿಸಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಥೈಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಶಿಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳು ಬಹಳ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ, ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

1. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ

ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಬಿಬಿಎಮ್‌ಪಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವುಮೂಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲವಾಗಿ ವಾಟ್ಸಪ್‌ ಗುಂಪುನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ(ಕಲಿಕಾ ಬಳಗ) ಅದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧಕ ಬಾಧಕಗಳನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದು. ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾರು ಏನು ಮಾಡುವರು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನಾವು ಏನು ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿವೆವು ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆವು ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಂತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಯುವುದು.

2. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ

ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು, ತಿಂಗಳ ಮೊದಲ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರದಂದು ಮೊದಲರ್ಧ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಈ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಟ್ಸಪ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮೇಣವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇದು ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಾಯಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿ ಪಡಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಅವರವರ ಶಾಲಾ ಪರಿಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತ ಅವರವರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಅವರವರ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿನ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿ, ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾದ ಯಶೋಗಾಥೆಯನ್ನು ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್‌ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಉದಾ:ಶಾಲಾ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್‌ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್‌, ಬಿಸಿ ಊಟದ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ , ಶಾಲಾ ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ, ಶಾಲಾ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ.

ಈ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸರಳವಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಾಯಿತು. ಇದು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸಿತು. ಅವರವರ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಜೊತೆ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಕಲಿತರು.

1	ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವೆಂಕಟರತ್ನಮ್ಮ	1. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮು.ಶಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು 2. ವಾಟ್ಸಪ್‌ ಅನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಬಳಸುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು 3. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಬೋಧಿಸುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ	1. ಶಾಲಾ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಹಾಗು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಉನ್ನತಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಮೂಡಿಬಂದಿದೆ. 3. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮು ಶಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸೇರುವುದುರಿಂದ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಲಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಉದಾ: ವಸ್ತು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ , ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ	1. ಇದೆ ರೀತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
2	ಎಮ್‌ ಎಚ್ ಉಮಾದೇವಮ್ಮ	1. ಒಂದು ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದೇವೆ 2. ಇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮತ್ತು ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು 3. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕಲಿಯಲು ಅಥವ ಕಲಿಸಲು ಗುರಿಗಳು ಇರಬೇಕು - ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ದವಾಗಿ ಬೋಧಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ	1. ಒಬ್ಬ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದೇವೆ 2. ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೊಡನೆ,ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ. ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಹೇಗೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು 3. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸೇರಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ನಾವು ಕೂಡ ಅವರ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದೇವೆ 4. ಕಿರುಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಮಾಡಿದ ಖುಷಿ ಇದೆ. ಇದನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಿಲುವನ್ನು ಕಲಿತೆ 5. ಸ್ಟಿಫನ್‌ ಕೋವೆಯವರ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಭಾವ ವಲಯ ಅಂದರೆ ಏನು ಅನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ದಿಕ್ಸೂಚಿಯಂತೆ ದಿಕ್ಕನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು 6. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾದರಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ತಿಳಿದಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮನವರಿಕೆಯಾಯಿತು	1. ಮು ಶಿ ಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಅಥವ ಶಾಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ದವಾಗಿ ಇಡಲು ಸಲಹೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು.
3	ಎಂ.ಎಲ್ ಲೋಕೇಶಪ್ಪ	1. ಶಾಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃಧ್ದಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು 2. ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃಧ್ದಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ 3. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ವರ್ತಿಸಬಹುದು.	1. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾದ ಅಂಶಗಳೆಂದರೆ, ಸಮಯ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ 2. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರಚೋದಿಸಬಹುದು 3. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು	1. ಈಗಿನ ಅರ್ಧದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಪೊರ್ಣ ದಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು. 2. ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು
4	ಎಸ್. ಎಂ. ಶಂಕರಪ್ಪ	1. ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಿಬಿರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು 2. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವುದು 3. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಅಭಿವೃಧ್ದಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತವಾಗಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ.	1. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ 2. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ 3. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪೋಷಕರ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕಲಿಕೆ ತುಂಬ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.	1. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಅವರ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗಿದೆ. 2. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯು ತುಂಬಾ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 3. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಅಭಿವೃಧ್ದಿಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
4	ಪಾರಿಜಾತ	We were not us are using mobile phones and technologies. We learnt how to see the google maps, location etc. In future all information can be transferred through mobiles	The workshop conducted was good for us, because we learnt how to share Our feelings and achievements through mobiles. This Program prepared me to have contact with parents and teachers to Know about their children improvement	Some more practice classes for using computer's and mobiles colud given more effect for us. We need some more classes to learn more about technologies
5	ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ	1. ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದು ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನನಗೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಭಯ ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಮೇಲೆ ಧೈರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. 2. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತ್ತು 3. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಅನುಭವಶಾಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರುಗಳ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಕೇಳವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು	1. ಬೇರೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿದೆ.

4. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ 'ನಮ್ಮ ಕಲಿಕೆ'

ನಾವು ಈ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಬಳಗದಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಕಲಿತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪ್ರಕಲ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ, ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕೇವಲ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವು ಲೇಖನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆವು ಆದರೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಮಾಡಿ ಅದರ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಃ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಅನುಭವವಾಯಿತು.

ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇರುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಅರಿವಾಯಿತು. ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು. ಇವರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಸಹ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಯಿತು.

5.ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಉಪಸಂಹಾರ

ಬೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮುಂದಿನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗೆ ಇದು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಯಿತು.
