The workshop is scheduled for February 7th at the Vijaya Teachers College computer lab (Exact location: https://goo.gl/maps/8a8XuxQ7nCcNuJBU9).

Objectives of the workshop

  1. Introducing Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) to BRPs/CRPs and ECOs
  2. Introducing the BRPs, CRPs and ECOs groups about Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and Open Educational Resources (OER)
  3. Introducing the BRPs/CRPs and ECO’s to use digital tools to collect and analyse data using FOSS
  4. Introducing to FOSS office tool to create text resources
  5. Introducing the BigBlueButton (BBB) webinar platform to use it for online teachers meetings and training programs

  1. Go through Google Drive - to save and share all your files on the cloud
  2. Creating and sharing a Google Form to collect data
  3. Viewing responses as a summary (both individual and group responses)
  4. Using forms to create quizzes, make grading faster and easier
  5. Using form settings to protect form, responses sheets and self assesmsents
  6. Exporting responses in a spreadsheet.
